Workflow and data-flow inventory
Map the selected workflow, connected systems, data classes, owners, and trust boundaries.
AI workflow security · Fixed-scope implementation
Over a focused implementation sprint, we map one business-critical AI workflow, lock down credentials and access, add audit controls, and implement one secured n8n pilot your team can operate.
The problem
API keys and service accounts accumulate in nodes, documents, personal accounts, and shared workspaces.
Teams can trigger or change workflows, but nobody has a reliable role model or approval boundary.
When a prompt, model, or automation changes, proving what happened and who approved it becomes difficult.
What you get
Not another assessment that leaves you with a slide deck. The sprint finishes with a working, documented pilot and a prioritised path for the rest.
Map the selected workflow, connected systems, data classes, owners, and trust boundaries.
Identify trust-boundary, credential, access, data exposure, and approval risks in the selected workflow.
Replace duplicate steps and tool sprawl with one documented target workflow.
Add traceability and explicit human approval at the decisions that need it.
Implement one agreed workflow in your existing n8n environment and verify the happy path.
Document ownership, fixes, operating checks, recovery steps, and the next remediation priorities.
The change
Before
After
Delivery
Days 1–2
Kickoff, access check, workflow inventory, data-flow and risk review.
Days 3–4
Target architecture, access model, logging, approvals, and acceptance criteria.
Days 5–8
Build the agreed n8n pilot, configure controls, and remove exposed secrets from the pilot path.
Days 9–10
Functional checks, evidence pack, runbook, findings review, and handover.
Good fit
Not the right fit
Clarity before commitment
UK and EU SMEs already using ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, CRMs, or internal agents for business workflows, especially where client, employee, or operational data moves between tools.
One selected workflow, up to five connected systems, one existing n8n environment, the six listed deliverables, and one handover session. Scope is agreed in writing before work begins.
A penetration test, legal advice, regulatory certification, a company-wide AI governance programme, n8n hosting migration, model training, or paid third-party licences. These can be scoped separately.
A technical owner, a workflow owner, read access to the selected configuration and logs, and a safe non-production path or agreed change window. Credentials stay in your approved secret store.
You keep the pilot, runbook, architecture and findings. If the pilot is valuable, we can quote the remaining workflow rollout as a separate engagement. There is no mandatory retainer.
